Formerly from Bethlehem Pennsylvania, I relocated with my family to Cape Coral, Florida in 1997. I retired as an Investigator of the Special Operations Division of the Bethlehem Police Department, Bethlehem PA. I am also a Paramedic in both Pennsylvania and Florida. After arriving in SW Florida I had the opportunity to work as an Investigator for the Department of Business and Professional Regulations, regulating numerous licensed professions in the State of Florida. Regulating residential building contractors played a major role with this position, and I gained a wealth of knowledge of the residential construction trade.
In 1999, I was introduced into the world of Mortgage Financing, working up to the position of Vice President of Builder Services, at a major bank. I became licensed as a Florida Realtor in 2000 and my wife Judy became licensed in 2001. I have been involved with everything from single lot sales,first time home buyers, VA, FHA, multimillion dollar new home construction, condominium projects as well as financing the complete acquisition and development of subdivisions.
I am currently working with my wife Judy, and we have created the The Young Realty Group with MVP Realty in Cape Coral, Florida.
We stay current with all the trends of the current Real Estate market as well as the constant changes in lending regulations that we all face today.
